I want to build a personal AI assistant that's super lightweight and fast. The main idea is that it should be efficient enough to run on very cheap hardware, like a Raspberry Pi or other small single-board computers, using minimal RAM and booting up almost instantly.

It should have a simple web UI so I can chat with it easily. I want to be able to connect it to different LLM providers, and it would be great if it could intelligently route simple questions to cheaper models to save on API costs. Let's also give it the ability to connect to chat platforms like Discord and IRC. Crucially, it needs a vision pipeline so I can send it images and files, not just text.

Please build this in Go so the final output is a single, portable binary file that I can run anywhere without a complicated setup. It should also be easy to deploy with Docker.
