Build me this Genjustsu video replacement app so I can run it locally and use it on my own clips.

I want a simple web UI where I can upload an MP4 or MOV, prepare the inputs, review and fix the masks, preview the generated result, and then export a finished video that keeps the original source audio. The workflow should handle the depth map, segmentation, face mesh stuff, and audio prep automatically, and it should use my own API keys for the external services. Please make sure it starts locally, shows me when it needs keys, and gives me a clear way to approve the draft before any higher quality export happens.
