Build me a Java based UI automation framework for testing a web app, with reusable test code and all the app specific stuff kept in YAML files instead of hardcoded Java classes.

I want it to run browser tests with Selenium and Cucumber style features, use Gradle, and have a clean split between shared framework code and an application module. The framework should support login and contact style flows as examples, with page definitions, locators, and test data all driven from external YAML files. It should also handle common browser actions like dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons, alerts, frames, windows, mouse actions, and JavaScript helpers.

Please include centralized waiting and locator fallback logic, automatic screenshots on failure, logging, and Allure reports.
