I'd like to build a web dashboard for AI coding tools. I use command-line assistants like Claude Code, Gemini, and Cursor, but I want a proper graphical interface to manage them. A key feature is that it has to be mobile-friendly, so I can access my projects and chat with the AI from my phone or tablet, not just my desktop computer.

The app should have a main chat interface for talking to the AI. It also needs a file explorer on the side where I can see my project files, open them, and make edits directly in the browser. Please include an integrated terminal for running commands and some basic Git integration so I can see my changes and make commits. It should be able to connect to different AI backends and have a plugin system so I can add new features in the future.
