Build me a React Native plugin and example app for indoor positioning and wayfinding with Situm.

I want the app to let a user sign in with a Situm API key, see an indoor map of a building, view their live location on the map, and get turn by turn routes to a point of interest. It should also support basic building data like floors, map points, and nearby areas, plus trigger location based events when someone enters a zone.

Please make it work on both iOS and Android, and include the setup needed for permissions and native linking so it runs in a normal React Native project.
