Build me a placement management system backend for a college, where students, admins, placement officers, and recruiters can log in and do their own tasks based on role.

I want students to be able to create a profile, upload a resume and photo, add education and skills, view placement drives, apply only if they’re eligible, and track the status of their applications. Admins should manage users, departments, and companies. Placement officers should create and manage placement drives, set eligibility rules, review applications, shortlist students, and handle interview and final status updates.

Please include JWT login, forgot password and OTP flow, email notifications after applying, soft delete, search, filtering, sorting, pagination, and an Excel export for applications. Also make sure application numbers are generated in a clean yearly format and that students can only see and edit their own data.
