Build me a college project management web app for students, guides, and admins. Students should be able to sign up, log in, submit their project proposal, synopsis, reports, and source code files, then see the current status and any remarks from their guide. Guides should be able to see the students assigned to them, approve or reject submissions, leave feedback, schedule review sessions, and upload marks. Admin should be able to manage students, guides, departments, and projects, assign guides, and generate simple reports.

I want it to feel clean and modern, with separate dashboards for each role and proper login security so people only see what they are allowed to see. Include file uploads for PDF, ZIP, and images, email notifications where useful, and make the whole thing work as a full stack app with a React frontend and a Node and Express backend connected to MongoDB.
