sk-ruban/notchi ? reverse-engineered prompt
Reverse engineered prompt
Build me a polished macOS notch app that sits in the menu area and reacts in real time when I use Claude Code or Codex.
I want it to show little animated characters that change based on what the agent is doing, like thinking, working, asking for permission, compacting, error states, and finishing a task. If possible, let it track multiple sessions at once, and give each one its own mascot. When I click the notch, it should expand into a simple panel with the current session info, a live activity feed, and usage details.
It should also play small sound effects for events, but stay quiet when I am focused in the terminal. If the user adds an Anthropic or OpenAI API key, use that to guess the tone of my prompt and make the mascot react emotionally. Make it feel charming, fast, and native to macOS, with support for a few major languages and auto update support. If you need current docs for Claude Code or Codex hooks, look them up online first.
