Build me a simple finance services website for a loan DSA called Shree Gokulesh Finance Services, with a private CRM area called The Desk.

I want the public side at the main home page to feel like a real local business site for Vadodara, with service info, contact details, FAQs, and an enquiry form. When someone submits that form, it should show up automatically inside the CRM as a client lead.

The private area should live at /desk and be protected by a basic PIN login, starting with 1234 and changeable in Settings. Inside it, I want an easy way to manage clients, view business numbers with charts, update company details, commission rates, and maintain a bank matrix showing which banks are good for which loan files. Please keep everything stored in the browser only for now, and include backup download and restore so weekly backups are easy.
