skillslasher/INSSIST ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Chrome extension that helps me manage Instagram from my computer, kind of like a web assistant for posting and planning content.

I want it to let me upload and publish regular posts, carousel posts, reels, and stories, and also help me schedule posts for later. It should have a simple dashboard where I can see a posting calendar, set time slots, keep draft posts, and upload a CSV if I want to schedule in bulk. If possible, let me choose custom video covers, add music to videos, and cross post to Facebook pages too.

It should feel easy to use, work inside Instagram in the browser, and be set up as a Chrome extension I can load locally. If you need to look up current docs online for anything, go ahead.
