skot/bitaxe ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to use this repository to build a Bitaxe Ultra board from scratch and get it ready for manufacturing and assembly. Please go through the KiCad hardware files, make sure the PCB, schematics, and Gerbers all line up, and help clean up anything that would confuse someone trying to order parts and solder the board together.

Also make the build and assembly instructions easier to follow for a first time builder, especially the power, cooling, OLED, and ESP32 setup. If you see anything missing or inconsistent in the docs or design files, fix it and point it out. I’d like the repo to feel like a practical open source hardware project someone can actually build without guessing, and if you need to look up current KiCad or component docs online, go ahead.
