Build me a free FiveM phone script for roleplay servers that feels like a real smartphone, not a basic menu.

I want players to have a modern phone with messages, calls, contacts, mail, social apps, banking, invoices, maps, photos, notes, calendar, music, weather, and a few simple games. It should support persistent phones and SIM cards, light and dark mode, notifications, folders, passcodes, wallpapers, and a clean setup flow. Please make it work with ESX, QBCore, and Qbox, and include the common bridges for inventories, voice, garages, and housing where possible.

I also want support for custom apps, and if it makes sense, add a migration path for people coming from LB Phone so they can preview and safely move their data.
