Build me a slide deck app for developers that lets me write presentations in Markdown and instantly preview them in the browser.

I want it to feel really smooth and modern, with fast reloads, nice themes, easy code highlighting, and the ability to drop in Vue components when I need something interactive. It should also support presenter mode, drawing and annotations on slides, LaTeX math, Mermaid diagrams, icons, and a built in editor experience. Please make it easy to record the talk and export the deck to PDF, images, and PPTX.
