Build me a full skill marketplace app called SkillLoom.

I want a Flutter mobile app where people can sign up, log in, create a profile, and browse or search for nearby skilled people based on location and distance. Users should be able to post what help they need, see matching profiles, and connect through the app. It should use a FastAPI backend, Supabase for auth and database, and support email login. Please make sure the app can talk to the backend with a configurable API URL.

Also build an admin web portal where I can log in as an admin, view and manage users and data, and keep an eye on the platform.
