smol-ai/developer ? reverse-engineered prompt
Reverse engineered prompt
I want to build a Python application that acts as a junior developer agent. The main idea is that a user can give it a plain English prompt describing an app, and the agent will generate a complete, coherent codebase for it. For example, a user could ask for 'a simple tic-tac-toe game using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript' and the tool would generate all the necessary files.
A key part of this is the human-in-the-loop workflow. After the initial code is generated, the user should be able to give feedback by simply adding to the prompt. They could describe new features or even paste in an error message to get the agent to fix the code.
The tool should be usable in two ways: first, as a command-line script that you can run directly. Second, it should be packaged as a proper Python library that other developers can pip install and integrate into their own applications, essentially letting them embed this AI developer feature anywhere.
