Build me a full stack rental property platform called RentEase for tenants, property owners, and admins. I want tenants to be able to search and filter properties, open full listing details, save favorites, apply for rentals, track their applications, see active rent and payment info, and raise maintenance requests. Owners should be able to add and edit listings, upload photos, review applications, approve or reject tenants, see which properties are vacant or rented, track rent collection, and manage maintenance requests. Admin should have a simple dashboard to verify or reject listings, manage users, and keep an eye on overall platform activity.

Make it feel modern, clean, and easy to use on mobile and desktop, with a nice property browsing experience and map support if it fits.
