Build me a simple mini task manager web app that lets people sign up, log in, and manage their own tasks. I want users to be able to create tasks, edit them, delete them, and mark them as complete or incomplete, with everything saved per user. Please make it feel clean and modern, and work well on mobile too.

Use a React frontend and a Node and Express backend with MongoDB for storage. Add JWT login, password hashing, protected pages, and basic loading and error states so it feels polished. A nice dashboard view with a list of tasks would be great, along with forms for adding and updating tasks. If it helps, set it up so I can run it locally easily, and include Docker support too.
