Build me a complete customizable Linux desktop shell for the Niri compositor using Quickshell and QML. I want it to feel like a polished daily desktop, with a top bar or taskbar, dock, app launcher, notification center, quick settings, side panels, settings app, wallpapers, widgets, and nice animations.

It should have two switchable looks, one with a floating Material style bar and sidebars, and another that feels more like Windows 11 with a bottom taskbar, start menu, and action center. Let me pick a wallpaper and have the whole desktop automatically recolor itself, including the shell and common app themes where possible. Include practical widgets like media controls, calendar, weather, clipboard history, system monitor, volume mixer, WiFi and Bluetooth controls, todo list, calculator, notes, and wallpaper browsing.
