Build me a complete desktop shell for Linux that sits on top of Niri and gives the whole desktop a polished, customizable look.

I want three switchable styles, one with a floating top bar and side panels, one with a Windows 11 kind of taskbar and action center, and one that feels more like an island that grows into pages, cards, and panels. It should include a dock, notifications, quick controls, workspace info, time, media, and a settings area where I can change things live.

Please make it automatically pick up colors from the wallpaper and apply them across the shell, GTK apps, Qt apps, browser, terminal, and a few other common apps. It should be easy to configure through the app itself, and also through a config file for people who like that.

If anything important is missing, look up the current docs online and make it work the way this project is meant to work.
