Build me MacType from this repo so I can run it on Windows and improve how fonts look system wide.

I want the app to install and work cleanly on modern Windows, including Win11, with good DirectWrite support, tray mode, and service mode. Please make sure the build works from source, fix any missing pieces that stop it from compiling, and keep the current behavior around font rendering, profiles, and the installer. If there are any build steps or dependencies that need to be checked, look up the current docs online and follow the project’s build guide.

After that, please make sure the main app, the loader, and the tray related pieces are all working together, and that the project builds successfully without me having to figure out the old setup myself.
