Build me a local dashboard that shows what my AI coding agent is doing in real time.

I want to point it at a repo and run one command, then open a browser on localhost and see the current plan, the files being changed, recent tool activity, and whether the work looks done, working, or blocked. It should work for Claude Code first, and also keep an eye on repos edited by Codex or Cursor just by watching file changes. If there’s a plan file, use that to draw a simple project map with a few connected components and show when live edits match or conflict with the declared plan.

Keep it local only, no account, no telemetry, no cloud service. If setup is needed, make it simple and optional, with a clear first run experience and a way to add the repo to future launches.
