Build me a web app called CareCover Copilot for Indian health insurance guidance.

I want users to be able to upload a policy PDF, or try a few sample policies right away, and then see the important parts explained in plain English, like sum insured, room rent limits, co pay, waiting periods, top up details, and pre authorization timing. The app should also let people ask questions about the policy and get answers that point back to the exact page or section where the information came from.

Please include a hospital finder for cashless network hospitals in major Indian cities, plus a simple calculator that shows how choosing a higher room category could affect out of pocket costs. I also want a care journey view that guides someone through admission, tests, surgery, and discharge with reminders and warnings. Make the design clean, mobile friendly, easy to read, and support English and a few Indian languages. If you need to, look up current docs online while building it.
