Build me a full employee management app called Apex HRMS that works both as a web app and a terminal app.

I want an admin, manager, and employee experience with login based access, so each person only sees what they should. Admins should be able to manage all employees across branches, run payroll, approve leaves, and see audit logs. Managers should only see their own branch and be able to handle attendance, appraisals, team leave approvals, and employee documents.
