solana-labs/solana ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to build a high-performance blockchain, basically setting up a local version of Solana. The goal is a fast, secure, and scalable platform for running decentralized apps and marketplaces. I've found the main Solana Labs repository, which seems to contain everything needed. It looks like it's built with Rust, and the README has a bunch of complex setup instructions for different operating systems.

Can you get this entire project built and set up for me? Please handle all the dependencies and build steps. The main thing I want to be able to do at the end is run a local testnet so I can start developing on it. It also looks like there are benchmarking tools; it would be great to be able to run those as well to see the performance.
