Build me a desktop app that feels like an AI command layer for real work.

I want to press a hotkey and get a small floating panel where I can type or speak a task, attach screenshots or docs, and have the app turn that into a visible step by step workflow instead of just one chat response. It should use the current screen and pasted context to understand what I am doing, then show an editable graph of the plan, the searches, the actions, and the final result.

Please make it able to do live web research with source links, write things into a clean workspace table, and handle connected actions like creating a GitHub repo, committing generated files, and deploying when asked.
