Build me a simple hospital appointment system where patients and doctors can register, log in, and manage appointments in one place.

I want patients and doctors to have separate accounts with role based access, so people only see the right pages after signing in. Doctors should be able to register, log in, and view the appointments assigned to them. Admin style views for listing patients, doctors, and appointments would be helpful too.
