Build me a simple MERN app that shows the full flow from the front end to the back end.

I want a clean React client that lets a user create, view, edit, and delete a few basic records, and a Node and Express server that stores them in MongoDB. Make the UI simple and easy to use, with a form, a list view, and basic success and error messages. Keep the code organized so it’s easy to understand and extend later.

Please wire up the client and server so they talk to each other properly, and include whatever setup is needed so I can run both sides without much hassle. If you need to check current docs for best practices, go ahead and do that.
