Build me a project that can produce installable SONiC switch images from source, using the build scripts and Docker based workflow in this repo.

I want to be able to run one main command, point it at a target hardware profile, and get a finished image plus the usual install and debug helpers. It should support the common build flow for different platforms, and make it easy to build inside the right container environment rather than setting everything up by hand. Please include the pieces needed for installing, packaging, and checking the image, and keep the whole thing usable from a clean machine.

If anything is unclear from the existing docs, look up the current SONiC build instructions online and follow the usual approach for this project. Make it feel like a real build tool people can actually use without reading a ton of source code first.
