Build me a Rust project for Linux that acts like a real mounted filesystem, but stores everything as a content addressed type graph under the hood.
I want to be able to create a new database file, mount it with FUSE, and use it like a normal folder with files, directories, rename, link, chmod, chown, xattrs, and basic read write support. The data should survive unmounting and mounting again. Please include a command line tool for creating the filesystem, checking it offline, and exporting the graph to a JSON format that threat hunting tools can use. If it makes sense, add a simple way to inspect the graph before and after operations too.
Keep the design safe so changes only happen when the right capability is present, and make sure the core rules are checked so the filesystem cannot drift into an invalid state. Look up current Rust and FUSE docs online if you need to.
