Build me a small desktop app for macOS and Windows that sits in the menu bar or system tray and shows how much my AI coding tools are costing me in real time.

It should read the local session log files that Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode already create, figure out token usage and cost locally, and update automatically when the files change. I want a quick view in the tray, plus a full dashboard when I click it, with today’s spend, recent charts, weekly and monthly totals, and a simple breakdown of input, output, and cache usage. It should also show alerts before I hit my plan limits and let me optionally send notifications to Discord, Slack, or Telegram.

Make it feel polished and private by default, with no API keys needed to start. If you need to look up current docs online while building it, go ahead. Also include a few theme choices, language support, startup on login, and a way to share or export my usage summary.
