Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a VS Code extension called AgentVille that shows every Claude Code and Google Antigravity agent running on my machine in one sidebar view.

I want to be able to see sessions grouped by tool, with each session showing the project, git branch, last activity, the first user prompt as the title, and the model being used. If a session is still active, it should sort to the top and clearly show that it is working. Expand a session to see working and completed subagents, each with its name, model, and task. It should update live as the log files change, and it should feel reliable even if the file watching misses something.

Please make it read the local Claude Code and Antigravity logs from my computer only, with a simple on off toggle for monitoring. Include quick actions to open the log file or project folder from each session. If you need to check current docs or log formats, look them up online.
