Build me a full stack job portal called HireBoard where job seekers can sign up, log in, browse jobs, filter them by category, view details, and apply for positions. Recruiters should be able to create a company profile, post jobs, and see who applied, while admins can manage companies, jobs, and applications from a dashboard.

I want role based access so each user only sees the right parts of the app. Add profile management too, including resume and profile photo uploads. Use cloud storage for the uploads so the files are not stored locally. Make the UI clean and responsive, with reusable components and a simple modern look.
