Build me a private Android voice assistant app that works offline as much as possible and can replace the default phone assistant when I long press home or use the assistant gesture.

I want a clean chat screen plus a hands free floating orb. It should listen to me, detect when I start and stop talking, speak responses back naturally, and let me interrupt it by talking over it. It should handle simple phone actions like calling people, setting alarms, navigation, weather, and music search, preferably on device when possible.

I also want screen awareness and camera sharing. If I ask about what is on my screen or what the camera sees, the app should capture that locally and use it as context. Please include settings for connecting my own OpenAI compatible API keys and automatically enable vision features only when the selected model supports images.

Keep conversations and attachments encrypted on the device, support lock screen use, and make the whole thing feel polished and production ready. Look up current Android docs online if needed.
