Build me a small service for GitHub repositories that generates a nice contributor widget for a README.

I want it to automatically show the people who’ve been contributing most recently, the people with the most commits in the last week, and the all time top contributors. It should update about once an hour, look clean and visual, and be easy to paste into a repo README as a set of image links. Each person should show up as an avatar with a small label like new, trending, or top, plus their commit count, and clicking the image should take you to their profile.

If someone has a Sourcerer profile, use that avatar and link, otherwise fall back to GitHub. Please make it work just from GitHub API data, and keep it simple for repo owners to set up and use with no ongoing maintenance. If you need to check any current API details or docs, look them up online first.
