Build me a tool that helps you find all of a person's online accounts, starting with just a single username. It should work like an investigator's tool, creating a "dossier" on someone's digital footprint.

When I give it a username, I want it to search through thousands of websites—social media, forums, etc.—to see where that username is registered. A key feature is that it shouldn't require any API keys to work.

If it finds a matching profile page, it should parse it to extract more information, like links to other social media accounts or even new usernames. If it finds a new username, it should recursively search for that one too across all the sites.

The final output should be a clean report of all the found accounts, available in different formats like PDF and HTML. Make it a Python command-line tool but also add a simple web interface I can run locally to perform searches and download the reports.
