Build me a PC version of Gothic 3 The Beginning that runs from my own copy of the original mobile game file, so the app should ask me to pick or drop in the jar on first launch, then build and run the game on my computer.

I want it to launch on desktop, with the original 2D view available and an optional 3D view I can switch to while playing. Please include a simple setup flow for sound and view choice on first start, save those settings, and add a small in game options menu for changing them later. A few useful hotkeys would be great too, like fullscreen, fast forward, status overlay, and switching between 2D and 3D.
