Build me a tool called Open Code Review that helps me review code with a team of AI reviewers instead of just one. I want to install it as a command line app, run an init command in any project, and have it detect common AI coding tools and set itself up automatically. Then I want a dashboard that opens in the browser, shows review runs in real time, and lets me start a review, pick the code to inspect, add requirements or a spec, and watch the reviewers debate before it gives me a final summary.

It should feel like a small review workspace, not just a script. I want to browse findings, mark them as needs review or fixed or dismissed, manage reviewer personas, and choose which reviewers are on my default team. If possible, let me post the results to GitHub in a clean human sounding review comment. Use the current docs online if you need to, and make it work smoothly with modern Node.
