Build me a local first AI assistant app called Brigade, with a terminal chat experience by default and a crew of agents that can work together, keep long term memory, and delegate tasks to each other.

I want it to feel like one personal intelligence system, not a SaaS product. It should run from brigade in the terminal, store everything under ~/.brigade/, and keep user data and keys on the machine only. Support signing in with existing Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot access if available, and let me switch between different model providers, including local models. Make the main experience fast and simple, but include the ability to spawn separate agents, give them their own workspaces, and let them share memory through one common knowledge base.
