spotDL/spotify-downloader ? reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Hey! I want to build a Python command-line tool to download music from my Spotify playlists. It should take a Spotify URL for a song or an entire playlist as input.

The main thing is that it shouldn't download audio directly from Spotify. Instead, it should find a matching version of each song on YouTube and download that. When it saves the audio file (like an MP3), it needs to be smart and also fetch all the metadata from Spotify for that track—I'm talking about the song title, artist, album, and especially the album art and lyrics.

It should be a simple CLI tool. It would also be great to have a sync feature that can keep a local folder matched up with a Spotify playlist, adding new songs and removing old ones automatically.

Are you gonna build this?
