Build me a PHP command line tool that checks code style and fixes common style problems automatically.

I want one command that scans PHP files, and can also handle JavaScript and CSS, then reports any coding standard violations in a clear way. I also want a second command that can automatically исправить the issues it knows how to fix. It should support running on a single file or an entire folder, and let me choose a coding standard like the default one or PSR 12.
