Build me a full hostel management web app for admins, staff, and residents.

I want a clean dashboard where staff can manage rooms, residents, maintenance requests, invoices, and payments, while residents can log in to see their own profile, room info, notifications, bills, and maintenance updates. It should support room allocation with preference based suggestions, check in and check out, room changes, and resident history.

Also include maintenance requests with photos, status tracking, and comments, plus billing with invoices, discounts, late fees, payment plans, and online card payments. Add role based access so admins, staff, and residents only see what they should. I’d like reports with basic charts for occupancy, revenue, and maintenance activity, and an in app notifications center with optional email and SMS hooks.
