Build me an employee management system called EMS WorkSpace that has two logins, one for Admin and one for Employee. The admin should be able to add, edit, search, and deactivate employees, create and manage projects, assign one employee to one active project at a time, and break each project into modules and tasks. Each module should belong to only one employee, and only that employee should be able to mark the tasks in it as complete.

The employee side should be simple and focused, with a personal dashboard that shows only their active project, their modules, their tasks, and progress that updates automatically based on completed tasks. Please include secure login with JWT cookies, password hashing, and proper access control so people only see what their role allows.
