Build me a web app that lets me paste in any GitHub repo and instantly understand how it works.

I want a front page where I can open a repo by URL, then see an interactive architecture diagram and a separate explorer view for digging through the codebase. The explorer should show files, symbols, imports, and how everything connects, with a way to click around the map, jump to source, and see a short plain English explanation of whatever I select. It should also have a chat style helper that answers questions about the repo using real citations back to the source files, not made up answers.

Please make it work for public repos, and have a path for private repos with a GitHub token too. If the diagram generator is not set up, I still want the code explorer to open and be useful. Use a clean modern UI, keep everything read only, and make sure it runs locally with a simple setup. If you need current docs for any APIs or libraries, look them up online.
