Build me a full stack shopping app called ShopEZ where people can browse products, search by name, filter by category, see discounts and stock, and read reviews. It should let someone make an account as either a buyer or a seller, log in securely, add items to a cart, adjust quantities, and place an order that updates stock. Buyers should have a clean product page, cart page, and checkout flow, plus the ability to leave a review after shopping.

Sellers should get a simple dashboard where they can add, update, and delete only their own products. I also want a nice branded look, with a warm printed receipt style for the cart and checkout area, something that feels like a packing slip or paper invoice.

Please use the existing MERN setup in this repo, and make sure the app runs locally with a separate backend and frontend. If you need to check anything, look up current docs online.
