Build me a React UI kit for dashboards and admin panels, with a clean set of reusable components that feel polished and easy to combine. I want core pieces like buttons, inputs, cards, tables, modals, dropdowns, tabs, tooltips, and form controls, all written in TypeScript and styled with a theme system so the whole library is easy to customize.

Make it work nicely with React Hook Form for forms, support both controlled and uncontrolled usage, and keep everything accessible and keyboard friendly by default. I also want a simple design system feel, with consistent spacing, variants, and status states.
