Build me a small IoT monitoring app for a greenhouse that shows live readings for temperature, humidity, soil moisture, and CO2.
I want a dashboard where I can see the latest sensor values, a list of recent anomalies, and a simple chart for each metric that updates in real time. Devices should send readings to the server, and the server should store them, detect weird spikes, and push new data to the UI right away. Please include a mock device for local development that keeps sending readings automatically and occasionally simulates an anomaly.
Use one shared TypeScript codebase across the server, client, and shared logic so the types and schema stay in sync. The server should expose a GraphQL API for the dashboard, plus a simple REST endpoint for ingesting readings, with Swagger docs for that endpoint. Use SQLite for storage, and make it easy to run everything locally together. If you need to check current docs for any library behavior, look them up online first.
