Build me a local Python app for deep research on any topic. I want to type in something like a person, company, science topic, or historical event, and have it do web research, come up with smart questions from different angles, make an outline, then write a long Wikipedia style report with inline citations and a source list.
Please include the collaborative mode too, where I can watch or join the discussion, steer what the system focuses on, and see a simple mind map or concept tree update as it learns. It should also support grounding the research in my own documents when I upload them, not just public web search.
Give me a simple interface for local use where I can start a run, see progress, inspect sources, read the final article, and save the results. Make setup reasonably straightforward with environment variables for model and search provider keys, and keep things modular so I can switch providers later.
If anything is unclear, look up the current project docs online and wire it up in the most practical way.
