stanfordnlp/CoreNLP ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to get this Stanford CoreNLP project building and working locally from a fresh clone.

Please make sure it compiles, the tests run, and I can try it on a short text example that shows the main NLP features, like splitting sentences, finding names, parts of speech, parsing, and sentiment. If anything needs a model file or extra setup, handle that in the easiest practical way and tell me what to download or place where. It would also be great if you can check the current build and run instructions and use whatever is most reliable for this repo, and look up current docs online if you need to.

If there are any obvious fixes needed to make the default setup smoother for someone just trying it out, please do those too, but keep the changes minimal and safe.
