Build me a self hosted web app for an IT team to share and write documents online, mostly for API docs, technical notes, and data dictionaries. I want people to be able to create projects, write pages in Markdown, use quick templates for API and database field docs, and keep version history so old edits can be restored.

It should support public and private projects, member access, and owner controls like transferring or deleting a project. Make it easy to read on desktop and mobile, and let projects be exported for offline use as a Word document. Please make the interface clean and simple so teams can start using it without much setup.
