Build me a full stack ecommerce app where people can browse products, search and filter by category, open a product detail page, sign up and log in, add items to a cart, change quantities or remove items, save a delivery address, and place a Cash on Delivery order.

I also want a simple admin style area for adding products, editing them, and viewing the product list. Make it feel clean and easy to use on mobile and desktop.

Use a React frontend with a Node and Express backend and MongoDB for data. If you need to check current docs for anything, go ahead and look them up online. Please set it up so I can run it locally, with the frontend talking to the backend through an API, and make sure the usual auth and checkout flow all work end to end.
